    男人有病全“写”在脸上

    人体内脏机能的好坏会在脸上反映出来。忙忙碌碌的你不妨经常观察一下自己的脸,也许会发现身体健康状况的秘密。
     
    额头皱纹突然增加
          出现这种情况表明自己的肝脏负担过重,要少吃动物脂肪,如猪肉之类,而应多吃一些清淡的食物,如猪肝、菠菜、豆腐和鱼类等。
      
    眼圈发黑,脸色晦暗。
      早上起来,如果发现自己面呈此状,表明肾脏负担太重了。要减少用盐量和用糖量,能不加糖的菜尽量不要加糖,用鸭肉煮栗子、烧大白菜等进行食疗,还可用红白萝卜煮肉汤喝。此外,用猪腰子煮汤吃也很有效果。
      
    鼻子发红
      鼻尖代表了心脏的情况。鼻尖呈红色或紫色可能是血压偏高,或盐和酒精摄取过多
     
    上嘴唇肿胀
      这很可能是由胃痉挛引起的。多吃些土豆、红薯、板栗、山芋、莲藕等暖胃的食物。如果皮肤过于粗糙,你试试用笋、海参、瘦肉炖汤吃吃看。
      
    皮肤过于白皙
      这有可能是气血欠亏所致。可以将红枣、花生米用温水浸泡后,用小火煮熟,再加些蜂蜜熬至黏稠。常吃这样的食物,脸色会红润起来。
      
    面颊呈褐红色
      面颊发红是高血压的征象。要注意减少吸烟量或戒烟,经常量血压。
      
    耳朵发红
      耳朵代表了肾的状况。耳廓呈红色或紫色说明循环不好。要少饮酒,少吃精细食物,少吃糖,多做运动以促进循环功能。
